The Apricorn DriveWire can transfer operating system, data, application, document and system settings from an old hard disk to a new one with few easy steps.

The Apricorn DriveWire has a hybrid adaptor that connects to any 2.5in and 3.5in hard disk drives either it’s PATA nor SATA, and also USB 2.0 Cable for hooking it up to a desktop PC or laptop.

What you need to do is to attach a new drive to Apricorn DriveWire and boot up the PC with the bundle software which consist of EZ Gig II Cloning & Upgrade software for Windows and Shirt Pocket SuperDuper! Utility for MAC.

Because of it using a bootable CD to perform this cloning process, the manufacture claims it will work on all version of Windows and Mac OS. After completing the process, you just have to replace the old hard disk drive with the new one in the desktop PC or laptop, and your computer will start up from the new hard disk drive.
